When a handoff expires, the link becomes inactive and clients can no longer access it. You can always create a new handoff or extend the expiration (on paid plans).
All sensitive data is encrypted in your browser using AES-256-GCM before being sent to our servers. The encryption key is derived from your passphrase, which we never see. We only store encrypted blobs that are meaningless without the passphrase.
Because we use zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot recover your passphrase or decrypt your data without it. Make sure to store your passphrase securely. If lost, you'll need to create a new handoff with a new passphrase.
Yes! Clients don't need an account. They just need the link, passphrase, and an email address that matches the allowed domain you specify. We send a one-time code to verify their email.
Each workspace has its own subscription. This is ideal for agencies managing multiple clients or teams who want separate billing. You can create multiple workspaces and upgrade each one independently based on its needs.
Yes! You can create and switch between multiple workspaces from the navigation menu. Each workspace maintains its own handoffs, team members, and billing.
